Hashmat Khan Village Project

Hamid Anwar was a 35 year old father of 3 and loving husband to Zohra Samadi. His wife and children wanted to honor him posthumously in the best way possible. They entrusted Zam Zam Water to assist them in this process by funding an entire water project for a village in Kabul City, Afghanistan. This project serves a community in the Hashmat Khan Village on the outskirts of Kabul, Afghanistan that inhabits over 40 households or 350 community members that previously had no access to clean water.

We are proud to announce that with the tireless work of our implementing partner Nik Ahmadi and his CAWC team, we were able to complete this project in a matter of 17 days. Zam Zam Water is humbled to be even have a small part in this selfless act by a wife and her children whom only wish is to honor their late father. They inspire us to continue in our efforts to bring water to those in need, one well at a time.
